Even though I am only starting my career in I.T. I have some engineering background I gathered during my work in Germany - where on daily basis I have been working with AutoCAD. For the past 6 months I have been building up my skills by practicing coding skills with the help of befriended .NET specialist who has explained to me what I should know to be useful/successful in current software market.
